Being blown off by deadlines

Assignment: FTV 241- Screenwriting Documentary Script Research File
Deadline: Wednesday
Me:
The night before (Tuesday) - Rushed to photocopy over 250 pages of research; buy large file holder; last minute hunt for example photos online; panicked coz couldn't burn CD of example pictures; printed coversheet on bro's computer coz my printer ran out of ink. All done till 4am.
The next day - Rushed to college to photocopy more resarch that I forgot yesterday; rushed into the computer lab to burn the pictures into CD; and finally went to submit assignment by 1pm. Was told that deadline was extended to Friday.


Assignment: MCI 211- 1000-word essay on how, when and why media and information industries "govern" communities.
Deadline: Thursday (today)
Me:
The night before (Wednesday) - Panicked for half the day not knowing how to go about the essay; researched online; got 24 websites/pages that helped; Internet Explorer crashed 5 times; wrote essay; finished by 5am; bugged brother in his sleep so I could print the assignment and coversheet on his computer again. Had to wake up in 2 and a half hours for college.
Today - 9am, Went to Journalism 111 class before submitting the essay in the faculty. Was told that deadline was extended to next Monday.

Currently: Frustrated and bloody sleepy.
